As a developer and builder of large custom homes within my rural estate subdivision, my experiences with Van Harten has truly shown the efficiencies of providing surveying and engineering services all within one office. Their staff are able to prepare a complete design drawing that illustrates house positioning, lot grading and sewage system design for permit approval. At the time of construction, they provide excavation and footing stake-outs for foundations, septic inspections and final grade stakes. The final building survey, septic inspection report and final grading certificate help ensure that there are no issues with house closings and obtaining all clearances from the town.
