Van Harten completed the boundary work and plan of subdivision for this residential development off of Gosling Gardens in the south end of Guelph that comprises single family homes, condominium townhouse units and a midrise condominium building. The work involved taking the raw land through the necessary development steps to the final plans of subdivision and condominium. Our work entailed site grading design for permit application, construction layout for accurate foundation placement and final building location surveys. We also completed all necessary legal survey work related to defining condominium unit boundaries and registration of the condominiums.
