Van Harten completed boundary and topographic surveying for Tricar to assist with architectural and engineering design of this multi-unit and multi-story condominium development near Clair Road and Gordon Road in the south end of Guelph. We provided full layout survey services for each building as well as for road construction and engineering services. Van Harten has provided all legal survey expertise with respect to the development of the site through to the final condominium registration.
