Van Harten has been involved with the Westminster Woods subdivision in the south end of Guelph from an initial boundary and topographic survey of the vacant lands leading to the different phases of residential development. This work has largely entailed individual site grading plans, construction layout, final building surveys and most recently, survey work related to the creation and registration of multi-story residential condominium units.
