Van Harten completed all of the survey and engineering work related to the approval of a new residential subdivision on an extension of Law Drive. Field crews provided the layout for the municipal services and engineering staff provided full-time contractor supervision and project administration. Van Harten is now providing site grading plans on individual lots for building permit applications as well as construction layout services at the time of house construction.
