After studying Human Resources Management at McMaster University, and with over two years’ experience in the human resources discipline, Sydney has an expanding knowledge of HR processes and has learned how to effectively enhance the employee experience and develop positive workplace cultures. Currently working as the HR Administrator at our Guelph office, she manages talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management and various other HR processes, as well as supports the overall management of the HR function.

In her spare time, Sydney enjoys cooking and baking, as well as reading. When she’s not whipping up new creations in the kitchen or reading a good book, she enjoys walking her dog and spending time with her family.
