Building a fence
You should protect your investment by making sure you are building the fence at the proper location.
A mislocated fence can cause legal problems and extra construction costs. Before you build,
let a licensed surveyor determine your property boundaries and replace any missing survey monuments.
Boundary Survey for Fencing
Van Harten Surveying can assist you in your fencing requirements by re-setting survey iron bars at
all corners of the property. These iron bars are set flush with the existing ground or grass and
are marked with wood stakes to assist you in locating your boundary lines.
Cost & Timing:
- For lots that we completed previous survey work on and are less than 8 years oldą.
The cost to complete this work including all disbursements:
- One Lot $350.00 + GST
- Two adjoining Lots $275.00 + GST each
- Three or more adjoining Lots $225.00 + GST each
Our time to complete this work is 2 weeks following authorization to proceed.
We request payment before we proceed by Mastercard, Visa or cheque.
