I live in a Condominium Unit and would like to renovate the interior. What restrictions could I encounter?
In most condominiums, you own to the backside of the drywall. This allows you to paint, repair walls, etc. without infringing on the common elements. There may be other restrictions controlling on what you are permitted to do as well, so it is always prudent to check with the Condominium Corporation before starting any renovations. |
